Today is Wednesday.
As usual, I have Deutsch. Except I got to class pretty late due to a team dinner with a visiting california boss @ Kuriya. Well, at least I got to class barely 5mins before the test begun! Test was alright. It's similar to the hausaufgaben assigned and some worksheet in class. Then before I knew it, it was 7pm and NG hasn't shown up. So I thought to myself he must be held up by work. What else right?
Then at 7.16pm, he messaged telling me he just finished work and was still at the hospital, and he'll sit down somewhere to read and wait for me. I thought he was kidding but he actually drove to town, waited at Centerpoint McCafe from 8.23pm till like 9.45pm! Glad he got some bit of his article reading and notes down during the long wait. We walked to the open hawker, had fishball noodles and chatted for a bit.
I'm really glad he opened up and confessed honestly about what he thought about the dec trip we're planning. Basically he's not very sure if he'll go, mainyl because he wanted the dec break to catch up with his medical work. I was really pleased he was being honest about it.. cos I kinda felt he was hesitant and didn't seem all that excited about it. So I told him it was okay and I only wanted him to come along provided he really wanted to. If not, it's best he do what he plans to complete. We talked about some other stuff, mostly regarding work. Yeah he looked so tired, from the entire day in hospital as well as waiting. Then he drove me home.
I'm just glad he talked to me about the trip. I guess I'm also glad he came and waited for me after class. I'm thankful the test went well. I'm grateful for God's blessings.
Tired. Gonna sleep now.
