Last night, I had the worst headache in maybe 2 years. It was bad. Really bad.
I'm not sure what caused it.
1. Stress?
2. Lack of sleep?
3. Worry?
4. XXXXXX (unknown)
To be honest, I'm extremely stressed out. On the surface, I seem pretty fine. I'm not even pretending. It's just routine to look fine and talk fine even if the world is crumbling inside my mind. It comes with experience, trust me.
God, I know you're in total absolute control. Please help me to stop worrying. Please.
