Best group performance class to date!

Thank you Lord!!
Today is the best group performance class I've played for since I entered college. And surprisingly, it's the hardest (most technically challenging) piece I've presented to date too. I played Liszt's Vallee d'Obermann, No. 6 from his Années de pèlerinage (Book 1 - Suisse).

I'm so pleased it went well. It wasn't perfect, but it felt complete and I could feel the tension in the air, the feeling of the audience listening and waiting for the next note, the next phase. Wonderful!

John Gough is a brillant teacher who listened so attentively and picked out many little details and areas to improve upon. Best thing? He jotted it all down in my book! Wonderful!

Happiness! Thank you Lord for keeping me calm, steady and focused!
