Work has been usual, though a little more hectic. Besides, I'm trying to put in more hours because I want to be serious about my career (well, trying). Perhaps it's more of a "ok, let's give it more and see what comes out of it", so that when it comes to the next crossroad, I'd have a better idea which path to choose.
Just when I thought "Wed night - break! No raid. No teaching. No need to pack yet". Then yay. There was raid. PLUS, Fiona told me that I had to write this week's Hymn of the Week for coming Sunday's bulletin. It was a rush rolling out the draft, but really God's grace.. cos when I sat down and starting typing and blabbering to myself.. all the words came and I finished it so quickly.. which is kinda unbelievable (knowing how slow I am in writing things). God's grace really.
For those of you who do not know, I've moved again. Goodbye Commonwealth, Hello Bukit Timah. The moving nearly took my life. LoL. I packed only the night before moving, and on the moving date itself. Had work, a cappella performance at noon plus the house move at 6pm - ALL ON THE SAME DAY. Which explains why I've been sick for the past 2-3days. Now, this is what I call exhaustion. So, here I am... typing away on my precious computer, surrounded by boxes of belongings. I'll have to unpack more of them today cos there is a raid tonight plus the fact I need to go to the office at 12midnight today for the server/application checkout.
I have to find sometime to hang out with my friends. Pearl just finished her exam and only yesterday did I had a decent chance to chat with her on the phone. Khar asked me out yesterday too but I was really too sick to go anyway. I don't have a confirmed place in the team to Cambodia this June :( . See how. Also gotta start discussing with R about our summer trip. Something to look forward, long term wise.
So much for blabbering. I guess I'm still holding it together. I hope.
