Don't let the little things get to you. Grit, breathe and move on. It's just work, not your life. You don't owe the company anything and vice versa. If people are not helping you, if people can't be bothered, if people are not working, if people are lying - let them be. You cannot change them. You cannot change whatever that has already happened. Let them be. For sometimes, it is of most importance to do the right and smart thing. Before you accuse anyone of anything or feel angry, never cease to ask yourself first .."Have you done your best? Have you worked to the utmost of your own abilities yet? Have you done everything you possibly could?".
