My saturdays are often packed. A typical one starts off at 9am where I wake and rush off to teach piano from 10am till 5pm. Then its usually home to rest or out to the movies or like today, UpBeat performance.
JM was there today at The Pier (new nice yuppie condo @ mohm sultan) to catch us in action! We sang and aired our Monday@Esplanade - didn't turn out too bad. Then we were touring and viewing the showflats. Studio apartments (just nice for 1 or 2) are going for 800K. Incredible eh? Plain unbelievable how all those people have so much money. After that, the rest went off to watch Ice Age while JM and I made our way to Esplanade to eat at the open-air Makansutra glutton square. We had SATAY. Yummy. =9
Then we walked over (me limping in my tight unseasoned green mondo heels) to Fullerton One to chill out beside great Merlion. Was so good. Just sitting on the wide steps and staring into the reflections on the water surface.
That was a moment with my dear friend, as well as a moment with myself. I liked it.
