About blogging

The greatest thing blogging does for me is that it forces me to re-organise my thoughts. Compartmentalise problems and reasons, fears and joys. And that means a huge deal isn't it? Living in a city where it's noisy all day, working in a bank that requires me wake up earlier than 99.99% of entire nation, you do come to realise I have 2 major issues - 1) there isn't much time , 2) there is too much clutter.

And blogging helps.

It kinda makes me think straight. Even if for just mere 5mins that I'm writing.

I think it does the same magic for fellow bloggers. Doesn't it? Reading people's musings about life, love, every thing under the sky makes me.... feel... human. I am reminded that I am only a speck of dust in this mighty galaxy. Tiny weeny. Sure helps to break a panic attack or shrink that over-inflated imaginary problem. Many blogs have stopped me in my tracks only to realise how some things could be easier.. how people should be loved.. how work should be handled. Just by reading. Wow. Sheer power of reading. No wonder my primary school teacher nags endlessly about "the importance of reading more". Heck, I read a lot as a child. But kinda stopped doing that as I stepped into adulthood.

So my perfect excuse for not picking up a novel is.. I'm reading a blog!

My favourite recently is http://blog.penelopetrunk.com

And I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
